The Backstage Centre offers a professional suite of facilities in support of the main space including dressing rooms, technical office, green rooms and even a recording studio... allowing you to prepare and rehearse even the most complex production. From arena bands to theatre and aerial flying rehearsals, The Backstage Centre has the facilities to deliver.

The facilities listed are all available to hire. Should you need more space there are other rooms available, including a dance studio and large meeting rooms.

Sound stage

A versatile multi use space suitable for large-scale theatre and arena-scale band rehearsals.

Green room

A dedicated green room offering privacy and comfort for up to 24 people.

Storage

Storage for equipment is available including lockable store rooms.

Technical workshop

General workshop area for building and maintaining lighting and sound gear.

Production office

Office space for 4-6 people.

Production workshop

A workshop space for painting and finishing props and small scenic items.

Bar/servery

Lockable bar and food preparation area.

Recording studio

Adjacent to the band rehearsal room with acoustic window separation between the two.

Female dressing room

Space for 3-4 with professional makeup bench and mirrors, showers and TV.

Male dressing room

Fully wheelchair accessible with space for 2 with professional makeup bench and mirrors

Laundry room and crew showers
