How to get here
By train: The nearest railway station is Purfleet on the Southend to London Fenchurch Street line. At most times trains run approximately every 30 minutes. For more information on train times visit the C2C website or National Rail. The Backstage Centre is about a 15 minute walk from Purfleet Station. If you would rather do the final leg by taxi please note that taxis should be booked in advance as there is no taxi rank at the station.
By Car: From Junction 30/31 of the M25 follow signs to Purfleet Railway Station. The main visitor entrance to High House Production Park is accessed from London Road, Purfleet. For deliveries or the nearest car park to The Backstage Centre, take the Purfleet Bypass exit at Stonehouse Corner Roundabout and take the first left towards Carpetright. Then keep left until you reach the car park between the Royal Opera House workshop and The Backstage Centre.
By bus: The number 44 from Grays and Lakeside stops on London Road in front of the Backstage Centre (use either the Hutson Terrace or Lockyer Road stops). For more information on local bus services visit the Travel line website.
